據國家統計局發布的數據，2020年全國建筑業企業（指具有資質等級的總承包和專業承包建筑業企業，不含勞務分包建筑業企業）完成建筑業總產值263947.04億元，同比增長6.2%；簽訂合同總額595576.8億元，同比增長9.3%，其中新簽合同額325174.4億元，同比增長12.4%；房屋施工面積149.5億平方米，同比增長3.7%；房屋竣工面積38.5億平方米，同比下降4.4%。截至2020年底，全國有施工活動的建筑業企業116716個，同比增長12.4%；從業人數5366.9萬人，同比下降1.1%；按建筑業總產值計算的勞動生產率為422906元/人，同比增長5.8%。
2020年建(jian)筑(zhu)業增(zeng)(zeng)加值72996億元，比上年增(zeng)(zeng)加3.5%。建(jian)筑(zhu)業增(zeng)(zeng)加值占GDP比重為7.18%，為近十年最高點(dian)。
Main Indicators of Chinese construction Enterprises in 2020
Based on the data from the National Bureau of Statistics(NBS), throughout 2020, Chinese construction enterprises (general contracting enterprises and specialized contracting enterprises with certified qualifications only, exclusive of sub-contracting businesses for labor forces) has fulfilled an output of ￥263.947trillion, registered an increase of 6.2% over 2019. Signed a total volume of￥595.5768 trillion worth of contracts, including ￥325.1744 trillion newly contracted volume, registered an increase of 12.4% over the same period of last year. Total constructing housing area reached 14.95billon square meter, an increase of 3.7%. Constructed housing area was 3.85 billion square meter, lowered by 4.4% compared to last year. Up to the end of 2020, totally 1.167million construction enterprises are actively operating nationwide, a jump of 12.4% compared to the last year, the number of personnel engaged in construction industry reached 53.669million, decreased by 1.1%. The productivity ratio per total output in construction industry in 2020 grew by 5.8% to ￥422,906yuan per capita.
In 2020, the added value of China construction industry grew by3.5% to ￥72.996trillion. Construction added value accounted for 7.18% of GDP, the highest in resent 10 years.
